It was my personal experience using BVT (Bee Venom Therapy), many years ago, that opened my eyes to the power of Bee Venom to help with inflammatory conditions. Directions:

This is my second tin, I started to use when I was diagnosed with the beginnings of osteoarthritis in my knee. Prior to using this cream some days I was limping but not anymore. In fact someone asked me how my knee was and I wondered what they were talking about at first. I feel that I'm back to being able to do everything I could before the arthritis started. I kept bees for 30 years during which the time my arthritis was suppressed by bee venom from the occasional sting. After I stopped keeping bees the arthritis began to return with painful spasms going up and down stairs in particular. I then began using this cream and very quickly I became pain free and 19 years on that remains the case. I highly recommend this natural product, which is also humanely produced.
