This is a lovely mild tasting honey. My husband is using this to ward off and prevent the return of arthritis to a vertebra following a recent operation to remove it. I am also now using it to treat the early stages of arthritis in my hand. Years ago I tried Manuka honey with bee venom to treat the start of arthritis in my index finger, it was gone after about a month of using the honey every day. I can testify that the venom does work.
