I always find it difficult to assess the effect of any supplement as it can often be subtle. I am peri menopausal and having used this product for around a month my skin is looking healthy and my emotions seem more balanced. I doubt that that there is any single miracle 'cure' out there but, for me, these are definitely worth taking, especially as the price seems very reasonable in comparison to some supplements.
