    Just started taking these for my immunity. They are easy to swallow capsules waiting to see an improvement with my chronic ear inflammation but I am sure they are helping only just started taking them in the last 2 weeks.

    Fantastic product!! I use on all family members, my parents (aged 69 & 70) use through winter to avoid colds and have also avoided Covid by taking. I personally use sporadically and if I start to feel slightly ill they stop coughs and colds in their tracks!! Honestly really works. Mum also used after a cancer treatment to boost immune and body’s natural healing and surgeons were amazed with results

    Great - every house should have them! Especially if you don't like the taste of the tincture which is my usual go to when anyone in the family feels like it is coming down with something.
